The final boss of Wario Land 3 and Dr. Mario 64. His power was sealed away by the citizens of the Music Box World due to his prior attempt in trying to take it over.
A grotesque clown-like being covered in skull ornaments. He has a large red nose, big lips and horns for ears. His face has green skin and his eyes are blood red.
His sprite in-game lacks arms due to hardware limitations, becoming a defining unique trait.
He is the one that has been posing as the Hidden Figure in The Temple, helping and guiding you throughout the game.
