A street food originating from the cuisine of Shaanxi Province in China. Literally meaning 'meat sandwich', it is minced meat, either beef or lamb, stuffed inside a piece of folded up flatbread, traditionally baked inside of a clay oven.
The term "rogamo" (otherwise spelled as rougamo or roujiamo) means "Chinese hamburger stuffed with meat". When you split the flatbread (shao bing) and add ingredients, it is called "rogamo". "Rogamo" refers to stuffed with meat, while "caigamo" refers to stuffed with vegetables. There are also variations like "liangpi gamo", "potato slice gamo", "huagan gamo", and so on.
In the game "Genshin Impact," the "Mora Meat" food is a type of ”Rogamo”.
