A fan variation of Ganondorf as he appears in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Originating from a joke by Twitter user furanchu about Ganon's withered corpse being restored if water was given to him. In works depicting him circa Tears of the Kingdom, he acts as a companion to Link and Princess Zelda. This Ganondorf retains his long red hair, but wears little more than a blue toga, loincloth, or waist cloth. He is always depicted with his golden jewelry and headpiece. He will also often be associated with bodies of water.
Note: Pictures merely depicting Ganondorf in his youth/alive shouldn't count as a Rehydrated Ganondorf. Only ones based off of the corpse's appearance and dress should count. A tell-tale sign of a Rehydrated Ganondorf also lies in skin color; canon Tears Ganondorf has green skin, while most variations of Rehydrated Ganondorf will have the same dark skin as the rest of the Gerudo.
