The successor to the RDA's Avatar program in the Avatar series. Instead of being a human/Na'vi hybrid body controlled by a person remotely, they are implanted with the memories of someone that's dead. This is how Miles Quaritch was able to return as the villain in Avatar: The Way of Water.
