A character from the Darkstalkers series.
Leader of the Soul Bees and Character in Capcom's Vampire/Darkstalker series.
She premiered in Vampire Savior/Darkstalkers 3, and is noted for her Homing Airdash being a very powerful tool. Uses a variety of moves highlighting her bee nature, including ES C->R, which Coccoons the enemy and a daughter hatches from it, +B, a move where she covers the foes in bees, and QJ, which coats the foe in a bubble of honey, preventing movement.
Soul Bees are very simillar to Earth bees as far as Sex Roles and Society. The compound eyes and Antennae are the primary sensory organs. Soul Bees take on a humanlike form and can mate with most creatures, as well as lure prey. A Soul Bee's intellect is comperable to a human 5 year old, and are driven heavily on instinct. Soul Bees are carnivorous and can eat niegh anything, dying if no food is consumed in 48 hours.
In story, the Soul Bees inhabit the Doma lands of Makai, which has become barren over the years. When Jedah Dohma returns from death, they align with him to collect souls in exchange for being able to eat freely. In Q-Bee's ending, she betrays Jedah Dohma to her instincts to eat, and the Soul Bee population explodes, threatening overpopulation causing extinction.
Q-Bee also appears as Cards in the SVC: Card Fighters' Clash series, an enemy unit in NamcoXCapcom, and various Darkstalkers Adaptations in roles of various significance.
Not to be confused with the Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica character Kyubey.
She is voiced by Matsushita Miyuki, but the only sounds the character makes are buzzes.
