A "nen beast" created by Knuckle Bine's nen.
Takes the form of a floating humanoid of baby-like proportions with a large, white onion-shaped head and a light cyan body, wearing white gloves, a yellow scarf and brown boots.
It has a pair of white wings on its back, two bright red blush stickers on its cheeks and a pair of shiny black horn-like protrusions on the sides of its head. On its forehead is a digital read-out that counts the amount of energy debt the victim targeted by it has accumulated; once the debt exceeds the victim's available aura, it transforms into Toritaten.
Called A.P.R. ("Amortizing Power Redirector") in the English translation.
Voiced in the anime adaptation by Kaneda Tomoko.
