Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Oyashio. Character design by Konishi (koconatu), voiced by Hondo Kaede.
She has shoulder-length black hair, held back with a hairclip, and grey eyes. Her outfit is the Konishi-designed Kagerou-class uniform: a black vest over a short-sleeved white dress shirt, white gloves, a black pleated skirt, black kneehighs and brown loafers. She carries depth charges and an anti-aircraft gun on thigh straps. She wears a purple neck ribbon, although this is frequently depicted as blue in fan art.
