Olga of Kyiv was the ruler of the Kyivan Rus' from 945 to 960 (regent for her son Sviatoslav) and was later named a saint by the Eastern Orthodox Church for her efforts to convert the Kyivan Rus' to Christianity.
Another deed she is famous for is her revenge on the Drevlians, who had her husband, Igor of Kyiv, killed.
