Oklahoma has short platinum blonde hair with an ahoge and blue eyes. She wears a strapless button-up shirt. Brown leather with fringe trim appears to be the material for the rest of her outfit which consists of a shoulder piece, detached sleeves, a miniskirt with a side slit, and knee boots.
Her rigging is a split-ship design with her bow on her right, and her stern on her left. Each hull has two turrets, a triple barrel turret and a superfiring twin turret. A mechanical crane and a smokestack are present on her back-rigging. She has a utility belt holding battleship shells. Several secondary turrets are present, including a handheld turret.

In her retrofit, she wears a white halterneck connected to a metal collar, which has an anchor. Her brown clothing with fringe trim includes a shoulderless capelet attached to the same place as her halter top, a miniskirt with no slit this time, and some leg warmers. She wears some thick brown gloves with fringe trim that flares out, as well as some thinner gloves reaching to about her elbow.
Her rigging post retrofit experiences a similar change to her sister. She has a twin-hull design with the hull on her right marked with "37," and her turrets adopt a different orientation. On one of her twin-turrets, a aircraft catapult can be seen.
