A defunct VTuber agency whose talents all streamed on the streaming app AniLive that aimed to be an "academia" for talents aspiring to be the next generation of virtual stars. Later, most talents would start streaming on YouTube and/or Twitch, either stopping activities on AniLive completely, do streams on both AniLive and their platform that they stream on or do a mix of both AniLive and YouTube or Twitch (depending on what platform the talent debuted on) streams in a week based on their schedule. The company was founded by forCreators CEO Harry So, who is depicted as an owl.
NEXAS completed angel funding in December 2023, launched in February 2024 and began operations in April of the same year. On December 9, 2024, NEXAS announced that it would cease operations as a talent agency on January 31, 2025, with talents getting the opportunity to keep their models and become independent, instead becoming a hub to connect content creators with opportunities. On the day of its closure, it announced that "Phase 1" (the VTuber agency phase) had been completed, but they said that it wasn't over for them and that "Phase 2" would start later in 2025.
At the time of closure, it managed 61 members (24 in Class Genesis, 13 in Class Nebulink, 8 in Class Yume and 16 in Class Tensei). There were also 6 other members that have either graduated or gotten fired.
