A gun-shaped tool used to drive nails through wood or other kinds of materials. They drive the nail in using either compressed-air, electromagnetism, or combustion (flammable gas such as butane or propane for a gas-powered nail gun and small explosive charges, such as .22 blanks, for powder-actuated tools).
