As best I can make it, back in 2003 it seems like there was once an error of some sort that kept users from posting images on Nijiura. At the time that this happened, the image at the top of the first page was of two Moshioebi (Superb Coral Shrimp.) These shrimp grew to fame as a result. You'd often see images of them posted with captions of Dio Brando's famous "Toki wa tomare" and "ZA WARUDO" because of it.
