The personification of the eighth of the ten Asashio-class Japanese destroyers in Kantai Collection.
She has long light brown hair with the ends fading to a light, bluish grey, tied in twin braids held with cloud-shaped hair ornaments and red or brown eyes. She wears a white shirt with a red plaid bowtie and a grey pleated skirt held up by suspenders. She wears black kneehighs and brown loafers with keels. Like her sister ships Asagumo and Yamagumo, her machinery includes a wrist-mounted twin-gun turret on her right arm and a quad torpedo launcher on her left. She wears a mock-up of her bridge like a backpack.
Her damaged art reveals some small cleavage, which has spawned a number of pics of her with a noticably bigger chest.
Her first seasonal CG was released right after the event she appeared in for Setsubun 2019. She wears a casual outfit consisting of a light pink dress with a cloud print over a dark purple sweater and pantyhose. Of course, she holds a bean-filled masu and is ready to throw some beans.
The historical Minegumo was built for the Imperial Japanese Navy in the mid-1930s under the Circle Two Supplementary Naval Expansion Program (Maru Ni Keikaku). She participated in the Battle of Blackett Strait, in which she and Murasame were sunk.
