Marui Hitoha's best friend... if you can call it friendship. Sakiko is an occult maniac who will stop at nothing to experience paranormal phenomena, to the point where she looked at the gloomy Hitoha and assumed she must be a secret exorcist. Hitoha has tried to correct her, but between her shyness and Sakiko's zeal, it never works -- so Sakiko just keeps dragging her on one ghost hunt after another.
