Major Ohgotwhai's Advisor is an alien Zentradi giant advisor and records keeping officer (a walking living encyclopedia) who looks a lot like Exsedol Folmo from the Macross: Do You Remember Love? animated movie from 1984. He is also a cyborg.
His quote from the TV's episode 12, "So you...don't know her!? She's the one who got a chance to rocket to stardom from playing an understudy. She's the Super-dimensional Cinderella, Ranka-chan!" is often used as a meme.
