Lyra (the Harp or Lyre) is a small constellation located in the Northern celestial hemisphere. It symbolizes the lyre of Orpheus, the legendary musician in Greek mythology. Its brightest star is Vega, part of the Summer Triangle.
Lyra forms a parallelogram with a line attached to the corner and ending with its brightest star. Sometimes the line takes the shape of a 7 or changes to a triangle.
