Dawn can be identified by her twintails hair fitted with mechanical headgear as well as a singular x hair ornament on her left sidelock, double-parted bangs with hair between eyes. Her twintails are multicoloured gradient hair, from red tips to black roots, red streaks can be found on her bangs and sidelocks. Other facial features include fake grey horns shaped headgear, a pair of floating earring, and a metallic chin guard armor.
She is fitted with two mechanical arms up to biceps, mechanical hands and mechanical feet. Robotic (hinge) joints connects her upper arms to her forearms, her legs connects to her torso via ball joints with a lot of internal mechanical parts exposed when viewed from below. A device connects her katana to the back of her left forearm.
She wears a black sleeveless short dress with some cleavage and both shoulders exposed. Legwear is asymmetrical, consist of a black single thighhigh on her right leg, a set of thigh straps holding up a thigh pouch and a single knee pad on her left leg. Skindentation is sometimes depicted around the thighhigh and thigh straps.
Though her weapon of usage is classified as a katana in game, her signature weapon has a unique appearance that may qualify it for the cutlass tag in artworks.
