One of the main antagonists for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Power Rangers Cosmic Fury, and one of the first Ranger-exclusive villains.

He would debut as Rita Repulsa's superior, eventually rebanishing her as to take control of operations against the Rangers, though she would return to give him a love potion and make him her husband.
