A supporting character from the cartoon series Hilda. She's a member of a race of dragons who have an important role in the elven bureaucracy: for an elven contract to be annulled, it has to be burned in the fires said dragons exhale and the ashes, which glow in a characteristic blue, to be presented to the other party as evidence.
