One of the two clones of Kusanagi Kyo and one of the characters in The King of Fighters '99, Kyo-1 and Kyo-2 are basically based on Kyo wearing his school uniform during the Orochi Saga games.
Kyo-1 is basically more serious than Kyo-2, who will not underestimate his opponents when fighting. Despite this, both clones hate the original Kyo.
He fights using mostly fireballs, and is a range-type character.
