Azur Lane's personification of the lead ship (and name ship) of a Soviet large/battle cruiser (project 69) that was only partially built. Character designed by Dishwasher1910, voiced by Hondo Kaede.
She uses massive rigging that is in line with the Northern Parliament/Russian faction's ice-crusted animalistic style with her real-life triple-mount main guns arranged in line to face forward.
History
Designated as "Project 69 heavy cruisers", she was to be the name ship and lead ship of her class of battlecruisers (re-classed in Azur Lane as large cruisers (CB)) and was laid down in 1939. Construction stopped with the German invasion and never resumed, ultimately being scrapped in 1947.
