小日本 こひのもと こにぽん

小日本 (Formal name: こひのもと, Kohinomoto / Nickname: こにぽん, Konipon)

A personification of the Chinese insult 小日本/xiǎo rìběn ("shou nihon / shou nippon" in Japanese), which means "Small / little / petty-minded Japanese." Her most popular design was created by Kiira.
She is sometimes regarded as Hinomoto Oniko's little sister, though their exact relation is unknown.
Her name is derived from an alternative reading of the characters, where 小 = "Ko" 日本 = "Hinomoto/Nip(p)on"
