Kamen Rider G3 - Makoto Hikawa - is the second of the three Riders of Kamen Rider Agito, as well as the technology-based rider of the trio. As a prototype test suit made by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, G3 is backed up by an arsenal of long-range weapons.
