The Merciful One, also introduced as Ishmael, is a mysterious NPC from Punishing: Gray Raven. She is a Construct abroad Babylonia but also seen on the Earth's surface with various the Ascension Network members. The enemy boss unit 'Primal Projection' also borrows her likeness.
