hololive English -Council-, shortened as holoCouncil, is the second full generation of hololive English. Originally had 5 members until the graduation of Tsukumo Sana on July 31, 2022. The lore of this generation is that each member is an avatar of a particular aspect of the universe: specifically Space, Earth/Nature, Time, Civilization, and Chaos.
Use this tag when:
The artist deliberately groups all 5 of the members (or their respective mascots) together
Can also be used for the four remaining members if they are depicted together, whether as holoCouncil or as holoPromise with IRyS.
IRyS can also be included, as it has been statedmanytimes that they consider IRyS to be part of Council (dubbed CouncilRyS), and ultimately formalized from October 9, 2023 as hololive English -Promise-.
