A Scottish tank-class hero. Hazard had a rough childhood as he grew up in poverty, his mother passing away at a young age, a neglectful father, and being bullied at school. During his time the military, an Overwatch jet was shot out of the air by a Talon ship. It crashed into his apartment, killing his father, and burying him under rubble. He survived, but he ended up a triple amputee, ultimately ending his military career. Scorned by the incident and receiving bare minimum support from the government, he turned to an underground rebel group called the Phreaks.
