A youkai from Japanese Mythology. Her name translates to "Bridge Princess". She is a jealous spirit depicted with a white robe or kimono with flaming candles on her head. The origin of the story is unclear, but is believed to be based on a woman waiting for her lover to meet her under a bridge, only for him to run off with another woman.
Mizuhashi Parsee is based on this character.
If the scene depicts a character with (especially three) candles on her head, with a mallet or hammer and nails, and/or a straw doll. It is probably (also) a reference to the Ushi no Koku Mairi ritual, which involves cursing a person.
