Ancient machines created by the Sheikah, originally created to aid in the fight against Calamity Ganon. During the events of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, most Guardians are under the control of Calamity Ganon, and they are scattered throughout Hyrule, attacking those who approach.
