A non-playable character from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. He is Bernadetta Von Varley's abusive father, who did not make an actual appearance in Three Houses, and makes his first actual appearance in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. He is considered one of the most hated characters in the story by players.
