Reception amongst reviewers have been positive on it's performance, though general reception has been mired by issues such as it's increased price tag compared to it's predecessor the GeForce RTX 4090, extremely limited stock upon release, price increases after the US raised tariffs on Chinese goods on February 1, 2025, hardware issues related to it's power connector and internal power distribution system, hardware defects impacting some consumers, and buggier than normal software.
