Galle is a Wyvern Lord from Bern, characterized by his strong sense of duty to his nation. Originally, he was to be appointed Wyvern General, but Narcian received the role after protesting about Galle's Etrurian heritage.
Later in the story, Murdock strips Narcian of his rank and appoints Galle as his successor. Several chapters afterward, Galle battles the Etrurian Army and either falls in battle, or is convinced by Miledy and Zeiss to lay down his weapon.
