The F-1 is a fragmentation grenade of Soviet origin, introduced in 1939 and first used in World War II. It is based on the French F1 grenade. Due to its shape and its common yellow-green color, it is nicknamed the limonka (little lemon). It is also nicknamed Efka (Эфка) for the letter F.
