The skeletalundead remains of Bowser, introduced in New Super Mario Bros. as the result of his early defeat and fall in the lava. Since then however Dry Bowser is often treated as an extra post-game boss or a separate character.
Similar to Dry Bones he can reassemble and revive himself even if he's just a pile of bones. Compared to Bowser's normal fire he shoots blue fire.
