ドルーピー むっつりワンくん むっつりワン君 droopy_dog
Cartoon character created by Tex Avery, an animator who worked for MGM, first appearing in 1943.
Droopy is an anthropomorphic white basset hound with droopy jowls, half-closed eyes, and floppy ears. He was the protagonist in his own set of Droopy Dog shorts from 1943 to 1958 by cartoonist Tex Avery, and would later make appearances in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Tom and Jerry, and other shows.
On Japanese TV, the Droopy shorts were aired sandwiched between Tom and Jerry shorts, so he's often imagined in association with them.
