Lead singer for Japanese Metal band of Seikima-II (pronounced Seikimatsu). In the canon lore he has taken over the world through his music and is both fluent in Japanese and in English. He always in character even in interviews. Before Seikima-II Demon Kogure had graduated with honors from Wasada University with honors.
After Seikima-II disbanded at the end of 1999, he began using the name Demon Kogure Kakka, and in 2010 changed his name to Demon Kakka.
In character: He is the former vice King of Hell (Jigoku) and is the founder of a demonic religion named Akumakyō. As Seikima-II's front man he's preaches it.
