A car creeper is a four-wheeled platform that is used by mechanics to comfortably lay their backs on, so that they can easily slide in or out of the underside of a motor vehicle (usually a car), to allowed them to perform inspection or maintenance under the vehicle. They can be mostly found in garages and car repair shops.
