The leader of the Guardian Units of Nations (GUN), a military faction in the Sonic series. He has grey hair and heterochromatic brown and green eyes.

Having stayed on the ARK along with Maria, he developed a great resentment against Shadow, blaming him for the killing of both her and the other people aboard the space colony.
The franchise's run with Archie Comics and the Sonic X Shadow Generations: Dark Beginnings animation give him the name "Abraham Tower".
