Brigadier General Charles Elwood Yeager (13 February 13, 1923 - 7 December 2020)
American ace pilot and test pilot for several aircraft under the service of the United States Air Force. Famous for being the first pilot to break the sound barrier during Bell X-1's test flight, as well as set and break several aeronautical records.
