Catch the Rainbow allows the user to use the rain in various ways. Whether that be melding with it and making your body parts dissappear and materialize. Or stabilizing raindrops in the air for mobility purposes, and or to create an area where the raindrops act as an offensive and defensive barrier. Although this stand can deploy very powerful abilities, it cannot work if there is no rain present.
