Capcom Fighting All-Stars was a fighting game title planned for arcades and PS2, but was canceled after poor feedback from players during testing, and an inability to save the project afterwards.
It's main legacy is Ingrid, who debuted later in Capcom Fighting Jam due to positive reaction to her.
