A male assassin from the film Kill Bill, and former member of the DVAS. He is the younger brother of Bill. Later in the film, he is given the job of killing The Bride; and nearly succeeds at it.
After leaving the DVAS, he is seen living in a mobile home, and is an alcoholic. Unlike many of the other characters of the film, he uses a gun.
