Edit
Azur Lane's personification of the French large cruiser Brest, as part of the World of Warships collaboration.
Character design by Kurumi (Recycllamo).
Appearance
See post #5507407.
Brest is a cruiser with 330 mm quad mount main battery guns concentrated at the bow in a style similar to the Dunkerque and Richelieu classes. Her character is based on the "26 500 battlecruiser project" (reclassed in Azur Lane as large cruiser), which was bascally 90% finished Dunkerque design, changed a bit by Wargaming for "balans" reasons. Said design was evolution of 23 333t. battlecruiser design that French navy saw as basis of its future fleet of the line. The number 23 333t was very important as it allowed France to build 3 ships and fit into special 70 000t. allowed under Washington Naval Treaty. Plans had to be abandoned as protection of 23k design was designed based on 203mm of Zara class and as such was an inadequate defense against newly announced 283mm of Deutschland class, leading to uparmored, uparmed design of 26 500t. and eventually to Dunkerque.
Caution must be taken with the use of her name since it uses a nasal R sound instead of a hard R (which is prone for breast jokes despite actually being portrayed with large breasts). Otherwise her physical attributes include long blonde hair and blue eyes.
Her default outfit consists of a white leotard and white dress, white highleg panties, and high heels. Her rigging consists of her two 330 mm quad mounts, one per side, and four 139 mm twin mounts, all mounted on low rigs as she also has six large yellow wings and a familiar to her back.
