Latin: Sula nebouxii
JP: アオアシカツオドリ aoashikatsuodori
A type of marine bird recognizable by its large, distinctive bright blue feet and bare, blue-grey faces. The long, pointed wings are dark brown, the head and neck are light brown, and the underside is white. Eyes are yellow and pointed forward for binocular vision.
Males display their feet in an elaborate mating ritual by lifting them up and down while strutting before the female.
