The personification of the Japanese destroyer Arashio in Kantai Collection. Character design by Konishi (koconatu), voiced by Miyakawa Wakana.
She is portrayed with long brown hair and brown or yellow eyes. She wears a short-sleeved white shirt, arm warmers, bike shorts under a skirt with suspenders and black kneehighs. Her equipment consists of a twin-gun turret, quad torpedo launcher and a randoseru-shaped structure.
She is often giggling and trying to act sexy (like Kisaragi), but she looks more cute rather than sexy.
The historical Arashio was completed in December 1937 and sunk in March 1943 during the Battle of the Bismarck Sea.
