Acca Howler (アッカ・ハウラー, Akka Haurā) is currently the main antagonist of the ninth part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, The JOJOLands.
Howler is a man with an athletic build. He has medium hair that is tied back. His hair is voluminous at the top styled in a jelly roll or elephant trunk, albeit with the front gap similar to a heart shape rather than a circle. Howler's beard looks like rectangular strips with gaps in between, going from the sides of his ears to his chin. The top strips of the beard are longer and angled toward his eyes.
He wears a light short sleeve shirt with notch collars, slightly exposing his upper chest. The shirt has a thick dark outline running down vertically from his collars to above the edge of his shirt, with the lines connecting horizontally at the back. His sleeves also have a dark line going across above the edge. He pairs the shirt with light shorts that have checkered hems.
Below his clothes, Howler wears a mesh bodysuit that is dark and semi-transparent with several circular holes. It has long sleeves and covers his arms and legs.
In addition, Howler wears a choker on his neck made of several "H"-shaped emblems, has an "h" emblem shaped like a wolf from his company's logo embedded on his shirt near his abdomen, dark wristbands
