An Abyssal developed for a Kancolle ice skating show. Unusually, Chain Clown Oni is a male Abyssal, with long, wavy, white hair and red eyes. His outfit does not appear to be based on those used by any particular nation, but consists of a dark purple suit, golden pauldrons with dangling teeth, multiple anchor chains hanging off of it, and a dark undershirt with a black, older style necktie.
