When a woman's mons pubis becomes so ridiculously large it looks like an implant or a penis bulge.
Use tag when fat mons isn't adequate; fat mons is large but still somewhat bound to reality. Absurdly fat mons is for when the mons pubis is so exaggerated it would be impossible on a real person.
Also applies when the mons isn't huge, but is greatly exaggerated in its shape.
