The 00 Qan[T] is the successor unit to the 00 Raiser. It is the final Gundam piloted by Setsuna F. Seiei.
It is, in many ways, superior to its predecessor. It has improved and perfected Twin Drive System, seven melee weapons like its predecessors, the Gundam Exia and 00 Raiser but improved versions of them: a single GN Sword V which is the last and most powerful among the GN Swords and six GN Sword Bits which have the highest overall stats among bit and fang weapons in Gundam 00, a more powerful version of the Raiser Sword nicknamed by the fans as the "Quantum Sword" which has the length of the moon's diameter and is accessible while in Trans-Am Mode, the Quantum Teleportation System which enables the 00 Qan[T] to travel and reach extremely long distances in deep space and the Quantum System, which is the improved derivative of the Trans-Am Burst System.
This tag also covers the more powerful variant of the ELS Qan[T], a version of the original machine that has fused with the extra terrestrial ELS species. In SD Gundam G-Generation Cross Rays and SD Gundam Battle Alliance, the ELS Qan[T] is equipped with a switchblade-like gunblade that is similar to Exia's GN Sword and 00's GN Sword III, its GN Sword Bits are now capable of ranged combat by firing beams, and it can use its wings as tentacle-like, stabbing weapons.
