"Pidgeon toes" are often caused by genu valgum, or "knock-knee", usually just tagged as knees together feet apart, a medical condition, where the knees are bent inwards causing the calves to be unaturally spaced out, while the thighs are closer. So theyre may be overlap between the tags, but not all knock-knees exhibited pidgeon toes, and not all pidgeon toes exhibit knock-knees.
