A character in the Mario franchise. A variant of green-shelled Koopa Troopa with glasses, or possibly aviator goggles, riding an expressive cloud. Usually seen either throwing spiny eggs or carrying around various items on the end of a fishing rod. In the Mario Kart games they act as track officials: displaying the starting lights at the beginning of the race, waving the checkered flag at the end, and fishing out racers who land out of bounds.
